Hi all. Sorry for the lack of updates…I have been a busy boy.

I did have time to throw a few reviews up, which I guess counts as a post-worthy update. If you are at all curious about Mini Ninjas, Gemini Lost, or Spyborgs, hit those links. It’s kinda shocking that the $20 downloadable PC casual title is the best of that pack…

I also need to share the following, as last weekend featured a few random bouts of awesomness. My (one day) brother-in-law and I travelled to Maryland, which is the home of a few sports teams that I don’t care about and the Army Ordnance Museum that we didn’t visit. What we DID visit was Horrorfind Weekend 2009, a random assembling of creeps, weirdos and horror fiends.

I realized recently that it has been over a month since the glorious return of E3. As such, I figured that it would be a good time to share some of the non-video game wonders of the show, as it was quite the spectacle to behold.

The LA Convention Center was bustling, as thousands piled in to see the rebirth of our industry’s finest hour.

Review: Bionic Commando (X360)

The premise:

Games don’t get much badder than the original Bionic Commando, and I mean that in a totally good, early ’90s kind of way. You got to swing to and fro, kill hundreds of Nazi scumbags, and—most importantly—control a character named Radd. After a long hiatus, Capcom has finally brought back the bionic badass, complete with some bitchin’ new moves, huge environments to soar through, and hordes of hapless halfwits that can’t die fast enough.

Podcast Misadventures: How God Himself Didn’t Want Me To Appear On Big Red Potion

So I was lucky enough to be involved in the second episode of Sinan Kubba’s Big Red Potion last night, a weekly video game podcast that offers unique insight into certain topics in the world of gaming that you just can’t get on other podcasts.

The experience started when I awoke at around 9:00am. I did a bit of research on the topic–which happend to be love in video games–and located my Logitec Headset for use during the show. I also downloaded all of the necessary programs that I would be utilizing, namely Skype.
